Shiv Moto provides car detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection, and related automotive care services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Exterior and interior detailing
• Ceramic coating application
• Paint correction and protection
• Full vehicle restoration

3. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or in person. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

5. Vehicle Inspection

All vehicles are inspected before service begins. Any pre-existing damage will be documented. Shiv Moto is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage that may become apparent after cleaning.

6. Warranty

Ceramic coating services come with a warranty as specified at the time of service. The warranty covers defects in application and does not cover damage from accidents, improper maintenance, or environmental factors.

7. Liability

Shiv Moto takes utmost care with all vehicles. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before service. Shiv Moto is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items left in vehicles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
